Islay has over 15 years experience as a statistician in medical and social research. Her varied portfolio includes applying standard statistical methods through to longitudinal modelling, multilevel modelling and time series methods, across a range of research questions.

Roger has spent many years working in the NHS and academic institutions as a researcher in primary care and public health. Applying research principles to a range of service questions has involved the design and application of systematic reviews, randomised controlled trials, cohort studies and population surveys.
